Description
The District Manager will be responsible for hiring, leading, motivating and coaching a sales team of 8 to 12 field sales representatives. Ensure appropriate targeting with highest potential customers. Effectively implement product strategies and marketing programs including appropriate interaction with Marketing Managers. Organize and lead district planning and other sales meetings. Develop and implement annual sales plans. Appropriately manage and monitor company budget. Bachelor's degree in science or business. Minimum of 1-2 years of pharmaceutical sales management experience, with significant record of above standard performance. Experience in marketing, business information, managed care assignments. The candidate must be well organized, be an excellent communicator and possess the ability to lead and coach others. Must also have an excellent understanding of business information and the key business drivers for pharmaceutical sales.
